RCE LOCK100 series is a cationic polyelectrolyte, used as retention aid to improve the retention rate of filler and fine fibrous material on paper.

Improve the retention rate in papermaking process. Increase the tightness and opacity of paper pages, increase surface smoothness and printing adaptability;
More efficient. With less unit dosage, but get better results;
Reduce white water concentration;
Improve sizing degree;

Applications
Suggested adding sequence: cationic starcher - neutral colloidal CE series - cationic retention aid;
Suggested dosage: 100-200ppm;
Dilution concentration: 0.02-0.07% (dilute in pure water);
Adding point: the adding point shout be near the net box, provided that the paper feed is well mixed with the retention aid.;
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months
